Heya all
We have now left Albarracin and are now situated in siurana which is just south of lleida in cataluna. Not been climbing yet as still super achy from 2 weeks bouldering. And i have come down with some kind of flu thing and feel sicky and super achy so not a great combination, however we do have nice sunny days so perfect for resting and having fun.
Had an awsome last few days at albarracin explored a few new areas and tried lots of new routes.
Were planning on staying in the lleida area for the next 5 weeks or so. lots of places with so much good climbing here going to be checking out siurana, margaleff, arboli, Cornudella, montsant, Musura being the main then a few places were gong to do days trips to olliana, Santa linya, terridetts and many others.
As far as things to do on a rest day go i have just done the most fun rest day activity, jason needed a hair cut and we have noticed that all the spannish climbers who climb really hard climbs have rubbish hair cuts i have cut it for him so he has a mullet and a little tuft of hair at the front "tin tin style" we will see if it helps him climb 8a . . . . . more to come,
Our camp site has also been over run by trains of small poisonus catapillars!!! hundreds of them in lines marching around its really bizarre
Tala has been the focus of attention at the new camp area constantly running around and making friends with everyone, the guys next to us have 2 small husky type dogs and theyve become good friends,
tomorrow is due to be good weather so going to head out and try some climbing here then saturday were due around 5cm of rain!!!! so going to find somewhere with a view and wait it out play some poker and get psyched for dry days,
Anywho not a great update so sorry for that. but more to come over the next few days once we get into the climbing here.
How bizarre with the caterpillars i thought it was a snake till i enlarged the photo.never seen anything like that before
