Que passa

Well a few days since our last update, a fair bits been happening, the main thing is its getting HHHOOOOOTTTTT most days here for the last week have been low 20's and from friday onwards were looking at high twenties, so we have moved on from siurana to margalef as thers so much more to climb in the shade + its much mroe skin friendly with less sharp holds so can climb more when hot.

before we left siurana me and lucy took a nice long walk down to the river in the valley and chilled there in the aqua blue pools of water between the rocks, its so crisp and clear super fun to paddle in. we then walked around below the old muslim village that is up on the hillside, it used to be a fort in the 13th century and was one of the last muslim outposts in europe, its super well positioned to be a defensive castle, with 200+ foot cliffs on 3 sides and the 4th is super narrow and has a 20 ft wall there and only a rough path to get to it. we say some cool sandstone formatins around the bottom as we wandered.

We poped into the vets on the way for talas checkup, good and bad news, she has cleared up the mite problem so she no longer has mange wohoo. but she has something else as well as her glands are swolen in her kneck and th eback of her legs so thats why she scratches her kneck so much, the vet has taken a blood test to check for some other infections/parasites so we will get he result soon, fingers crossed its nothing bad,

We have also just picked up our american friend logan who we met in albarracin he will be joining us for th enext 10 days for some sport climbing before heading further south so welcome on board.

Margalef is good here in the sun, the water fall has totaly dried up from last time we were here but where its super hot were swimming in the resivour every day after climbing its so refreshing to jump in after a sweaty day then chill on the pontoon and heat up in the sun again, Tala has been loving it although she still wont commit to jumping in the water she barks at it and blows bubbles a fair bit and will get in so her belly i wet but no further. its tempting to push her in but i think a bit crewl :)

The camp site here is pretty quiet at the moment, there is a large group of spannish guys here who have a few dogs so tala has been loving it every morning and evening they all run around and play with each other then lye down in the shade and be lazy. its quite funny as soon as they see another new dog they all mob it then all run around and play fight then back to chilling out, we were chatting to a czech guy and he gave tala some chorrizo from then on she layed outside his van and wouldnt stop stairing at him for about a hour :)

been having lots of great food made a curry last night and had it with Quinoa which is a kindof cous cous grain thing thats really healthy got lots of protean and carbs and all round goodness its pretty nice it just soaks up th eflavour of what ever you eat it with, we made an amazing paella on dans first night here, we went to the local fish shop and braught loads of fresh muscles, clams prawns, cray fish and cooked it all up in home made stock from th enight befores roast chicken amazing,

Been climbing hard as useual, managed to onsight my first 7b+ which is super cool, although i think its an easy one so will wait till i get another one to sing about it. im still happy as mentaly i know i can do it now, the next one should be easyer,
